Thomas J. Heidenreich, DDS

 Dr. Thomas Heidenreich is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is passionate about providing exceptional care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. Originally from the small town of Odebolt, Iowa, he understands the value of community, hard work, and building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Dr. Heidenreich earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 2011 before beginning a distinguished career in the U.S. Air Force. During his 10 years of active-duty service, he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in California and later served as Chief of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. In addition to caring for service members and their families, he trained surgical residents and taught both medical and dental students.

In 2021, Dr. Heidenreich joined Centrasota Oral Surgeons, where he enjoys helping patients improve their health, comfort, and confidence through personalized surgical care. He has extensive experience in a full range of oral and maxillofacial procedures, including dental implants, wisdom tooth removal, bone grafting, facial trauma treatment, corrective jaw surgery, and outpatient anesthesia.

Patients appreciate Dr. Heidenreich’s calm demeanor, attention to detail, and commitment to making every visit as stress-free as possible. He believes that taking the time to listen, educate, and answer questions is an important part of delivering outstanding care.

Outside the office, Dr. Heidenreich and his wife, Megan, stay busy raising their three children. Whether they’re exploring the outdoors, traveling together, attending youth sporting events, or giving back to the community, family time is at the center of their lives.
