Welcome to Centrasota Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons

It is a distinct pleasure to welcome you to our practice. Our doctors and staff are committed to excellence in oral and maxillofacial surgery and work very hard to make your surgical experience as pleasurable as possible.

Our practice originated in 1958 when Dr. T.H. Dedolph, Jr. opened his practice of oral surgery in St. Cloud, Minnesota. His was the first practice of oral surgery in the Central Minnesota region. His mission was to provide quality oral surgical care in an affordable manner. Dr. Keck joined him in 1983, and in 1987 the name of the practice was changed to Centrasota Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. The practice has grown to six surgeons with the addition of Dr. Machesky in 1988, Dr. Primley in 1990, Dr. Pena in 1995, Dr. Stine in 2002, and Dr. Morris in 2010. We now have outreach offices in Alexandria, Hutchinson, Monticello, and Princeton.

Our highly skilled surgeons practice the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from corrective jaw surgery and wisdom tooth removal to oral reconstruction and oral pathology. Our surgeons also diagnose and treat facial injuries, treat medically compromised patients, and perform a full range of surgical dental implant procedures.

The surgical staff at Centrasota is composed of nurses, surgical technicians and dental assistants, all experienced and certified oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in anesthesia administration and surgery. In addition, they are all Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified. All members of our surgical staff have passed the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons office anesthesia assistants exam. We are truly proud of our excellent and well-trained staff who assist us with our patients' needs.
